Return Policy:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your items immediately after receiving them.

Returns Process:
If your product is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt. You will need to provide your order number and photos or video of the defect. Once we verify the issue, we will guide you through the return process.

Restocking Fee:
Please note that all returns, except for defective or damaged items, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product price. This fee helps cover the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the items.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
